Sales Manager (E&E | T&M | Photonics)

• Develop and execute sales strategies and business plans for electrical and electronics equipment, photonics, and industrial automation solutions across industrial and education sectors to achieve Company growth objectives.
• Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to identify new business opportunities, expand market coverage, and strengthen relationships with key accounts, system integrators, partners, and strategic customers.
• Establish sales targets, KPIs, and action plans for the sales team, monitor performance, and drive effective pipeline management, forecasting, and timely opportunity conversion.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, principals, and industry partners to enhance market penetration, customer retention, and long-term business growth.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities and recommend strategies for product positioning and market expansion.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics (E&E) Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Physics, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience in Test and Measurement or Photonics products.
• Proven experience in sales management, business development, key account management, and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in Mandarin.
• Possession of own transportation (car) and willingness to travel outstation.
