Sales Manager East Java

About the role

Sales Representative position in the Consumer Electronics / LED TV industry, responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with dealers and customers, increasing sales and market share of LED TV products in assigned areas, and monitoring market conditions and competitor activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain good relationships with dealers and customers
• Increase sales and market share of LED TV products in East Java area
• Monitor market conditions and competitor activities
• Conduct product presentations and promotional activities
• Ensure product display and branding are implemented properly in stores
• Prepare regular sales reports and market feedback
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding stock availability and customer needs

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (any major preferred in Marketing, Business, or related field)
• Minimum 2–3 years experience as Sales Representative in Consumer Electronics / LED TV industry
• Strong knowledge of LED TV products, market trends, and competitor analysis
• Good relationship with dealers, distributors, retail stores, and modern trade channels in East Java
• Target oriented and able to achieve sales targets consistently
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to travel frequently within assigned areas
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
