Sales Manager- Electrical Division

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager Electrical & Instrumentation , based in the Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Manager E&I will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase market share and revenue for electrical and instrumentation products and services such a Motors, VFD’s switchgears, soft Starters, Protection relays, SCADA, SVG-STATCOM. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new market opportunities, managing client relationships, leading sales negotiations, and collaborating with the engineering and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success. Continuous monitoring of industry trends and competitor activities is also required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and business development for electrical products and services
• Strong understanding of UAE market dynamics in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, Marine, Infrastructure, and Industrial sectors
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
• Experience in client relationship management and leading sales teams
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards
• Willingness to travel as required, Driving license required
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
