Sales Manager – Flexible Packaging

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
• Manage and maintain relationships with key customers and identify new business opportunities.
• Lead pricing, quotation, negotiation, and commercial activities with customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, and industry developments.
• Coordinate with related departements teams to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in the flexible packaging, plastic film, or related manufacturing industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of BOPP/BOPET film, flexible packaging, or converting industry is preferred.
• Strong sales, negotiation, customer relationship, and business development skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Target-oriented and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Willing to be placed at Kawasan Industri Cikande – Serang, Banten.
