About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager – Forex to join our team in the Philippines. This is a full-time position that plays a critical strategic role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base in the forex market. As Sales Manager – Forex, you will lead sales initiatives, manage key client relationships, and oversee a portfolio of accounts while contributing to the overall success and profitability of our forex operations. This role requires a results-driven professional with a deep understanding of forex markets and exceptional relationship management capabilities.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to identify, acquire and retain high-value forex clients
• Manage and nurture a portfolio of existing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for expansion and cross-selling
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and negotiations to close forex trading accounts and service agreements
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their trading objectives and providing tailored solutions
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales approaches
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, maintain detailed client records and produce regular performance reports
• Collaborate with internal teams including operations, compliance and risk management to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery
• Mentor and support junior sales staff, providing guidance on client acquisition and relationship management strategies
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads
• Ensure all client interactions comply with regulatory requirements and company policies

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of proven sales experience in forex trading, currency exchange or financial services sector

• Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals

• Deep knowledge of forex markets, trading instruments, currency pairs and market dynamics

• Exceptional relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build trust with high-net-worth clients

• Strong negotiation and closing abilities with excellent communication skills in English and the local Philippine language.

• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales management tools

• Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements relevant to forex trading

• Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams

• Experience managing a team or mentoring junior sales staff (preferred)
