Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Salesman/Helper to join Kaushika Silks. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, explaining products, generating sales, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in the showroom.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable sarees, silk products, and other merchandise.
• Explain product features, quality, designs, and prices.
• Handle customer queries and provide excellent service.
• Maintain proper display and arrangement of products.
• Support billing, packing, and delivery processes when required.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
• Coordinate with the store team for stock availability and customer requirements.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail/textile/saree sales will be an advantage.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Candidates should be comfortable working on weekends and during festive seasons.
