Sales Manager - Herbal Extraction & Nutraceuticals Unit

Role & responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in herbal extracts, nutraceuticals, food processing and essential oils.
• Should have good data base and contacts of distributors and institutional buyers and selling experience with these buyers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and ability to get orders.
• Identify and onboard new B2B clients, institutional buyers, distributors,
• Knowledge of product pricing and discounting
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective planning and execution.
• Conduct market research to track competitor activities and industry trends.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales reports and assist in strategy development for business growth.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Life Sciences, or related field.

4 or more years of experience in sales in herbal, nutraceutical, sector

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Willingness to travel across Uttarakhand and nearby regions.

Basic understanding of supplement formulations, certificates of analysis (COA), or local distribution networks is a plus .
