Sales Manager (HR Software & Payroll Outsource)

About the role

Drive sales of HR Software and Payroll Outsourcing services by identifying customer needs and proposing suitable software and service solutions. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate new business opportunities, manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, and develop sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales of HR Software and Payroll Outsourcing services
• Identify customer needs and propose suitable software and service solutions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate new business opportunities
• Prepare and present proposals tailored to client requirements
• Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
• Develop sales strategies and achieve assigned revenue targets
• Track sales performance, analyze pipeline, and improve conversion strategies
• Lead and support sales team to achieve targets

About you

• Minimum 5 years experience in B2B sales (HR Software or Payroll Outsourcing preferred)
• Good understanding of HR processes, payroll, or HR systems
• Experience in selling outsourcing services (especially payroll) is a strong advantage
• Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
• Ability to translate client needs into business solutions
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Leadership experience is a plus
