Sales Manager IT Solution

About the role

Are you an experienced Sales Manager with strong knowledge of IT solutions and service sales, looking to join a dynamic and rapidly growing technology company? ASL Automated (Thailand) Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Bangkok. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our innovative automation solutions. With a strong focus on building strategic partnerships and delivering exceptional customer experiences, this position is crucial to the ongoing success of our company.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our client base
2. Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to identify new sales
3. Continuously seek to improve sales processes and implement best practices
4. Manage portfolio of existing clients, build strong relationships and identify new opportunities for growth
5. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and delivery teams to support the sales process
6. Provide regular sales forecasts and progress reports to the leadership team
7. Represent the company at industry events and conferences
8. Planning and boost up sales targets as company business direction

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
2. Minimum 7 years of experience B2B IT Sales in Enterprise, Banking, Hospital, Government area and Manufacturing
3. Strong knowledge on IT solution and service selling
4. Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
5. Good command of both spoken and written English is a plus
