Sales Manager – IT Solutions

What the role involves:

▪️ Finding and developing new sales opportunities

▪️ Managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and closing

▪️ Understanding client needs and recommending the right IT solutions

▪️ Preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations

▪️ Working with the technical team to scope solutions

▪️ Growing and maintaining existing accounts and consistently hitting sales targets

What we are looking for:

▪️ 3+ years in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management

▪️ IT, software, SaaS, cloud, or tech sales background (preferred)

▪️ Good understanding of custom web and mobile software development

▪️ Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

▪️ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred)
