Job Title: Sales Manager IVD / Diagnostics

Role Summary
The Sales Manager will drive regional revenue growth for In-Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) products by expanding market presence, managing distributors, and leading the sales team. The role requires strong market understanding, leadership capability, and execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Develop and execute regional sales and channel strategies
• Appoint, manage, and motivate distributors and channel partners
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, diagnostic labs, and institutions
• Lead, coach, and monitor sales executives / territory teams
• Identify new business opportunities, tenders, and institutional sales
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market dynamics
• Ensure timely collections and control outstanding receivables
• Coordinate with marketing and product teams for promotions and launches
• Prepare sales forecasts, MIS, and performance review reports

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of IVD products (Rapid Tests, ELISA, CLIA, Molecular preferred)
• Proven experience in distributor and channel management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Result-oriented with strong analytical and planning ability
• Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories
