Sales Manager ll HL/LAP

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets for home loan and LAP products.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to increase market share, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance brand reputation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer queries, address concerns, and provide exceptional service.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to stay ahead in the competitive mortgage industry.

Job Requirements :

• 2-24 years of experience in banking or financial services industry with expertise in home finance (home loans) & Loan Against Property (LAP).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy implementation.
• Strong understanding of local market dynamics, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
