Sales Manager ( logistic), basic + commission!

About the job

Our client is a well-established logistics solutions provider in Hong Kong. To drive strategic expansion, they are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong logistics background to spearhead business development and sales operations for their contract logistics and warehouse division.

Position

Sales Manager (Logistic)

Job Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities for logistics solutions and warehouse operations
• Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, cost estimation, proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and closing
• Participate in operations planning, WMS specification design, and warehouse layout design
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned KPI targets
• Maintain strong, productive, and long-term relationships with customers
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Solid background in the logistics/supply chain industry is mandatory

• Degree or above, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines

• 10 years or above sales experience in warehouse, contract logistics, supply chain, and logistics industry

• Solid customer network for business development within the logistics sector

• Experience in warehouse operations, warehouse layout design, or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) will be an advantage

• Good team player, self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

• Strong command of written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
