Sales Manager - Manila Based

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager based in Metro Manila to develop and grow the hotel’s market share across the Manila-based corporate, travel trade, MICE, and key account segments. You will act as the hotel’s primary representative in the capital, build strong long-term partnerships, drive revenue generation, and promote Mercure Mactan Cebu as the preferred destination for meetings, events, and leisure travel—upholding Accor’s standards and our Heartist culture of heartfelt service.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field

• At least 4 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, with proven track record of meeting targets

• Previous experience in corporate or MICE sales is highly preferred

• Excellent knowledge of Manila’s business and travel market

• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and sales CRM systems

• Ability to work independently and manage own schedule effectively

• Willingness to be assigned and based in Manila

• Professional demeanor with strong relationship-building capabilities

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
