Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire local businesses and onboard them to Conch Business.
• Meet business owners and explain/demo the Conch Business app.
• Generate leads, conduct field visits and close merchant signups.
• Recruit, train and manage the sales team.
• Set and achieve monthly sales and merchant acquisition targets.
• Build strong relationships with local businesses.
• Track team performance and provide regular reports.

Candidate Profile:

• 2 to 6 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / B2B / Field Sales.
• Experience in merchant acquisition, retail, digital marketing or SaaS is preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with field sales and meeting business owners.
• Team management experience preferred.
• Telugu and English communication skills preferred
