Sales Manager | IT Solutions

We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead the IT solutions and distribution company serving enterprise and commercial clients through hardware, software, and end-to-end IT infrastructure deployment.

Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire

Location: Rufino Plaza, Makati

Work setup: Onsite, day shift

Qualifications:

• Proven IT solutions sales experience in system integration, IT distribution, telco, cybersecurity, cloud, or MPS.
• Direct people management experience leading and coaching a sales team.
• Experience selling IT infrastructure, servers, storage, networking, cybersecurity, cloud, or MPS solutions.
• Exposure to brands such as Cisco, Dell, HPE, Microsoft, Nutanix, VMware, NetApp, Fortinet, or Palo Alto.
• Strong track record in sales target achievement, business development, and account growth.
• Proactive, hands-on leader with strong team performance and sales ownership.
