Sales Manager – Plastic

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and developing new business opportunities for plastic resins and additives in the plastics industry.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales of plastic resins and additives.
• Develop and acquire new customers and business opportunities.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand into new market segments.
• Develop sales strategies to achieve sales and profit targets.
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to provide suitable products and solutions.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve business goals.
• Manage key accounts and support major commercial negotiations.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Chemistry, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in sales within the plastics, resin, masterbatch, or additives industry.
• Strong knowledge and network in the plastics industry will be an advantage.
• Proven experience in business development and achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Good command of English.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
