• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target industrial buyers, factory owners, and procurement heads through direct outreach, market research, and platforms like India
• Technical Sales & Trials: Coordinate material testing and machine trials at client manufacturing plants to prove grade compatibility.
• Commercial Negotiation: Handle pricing, Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ), credit periods, and delivery schedules.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth dispatch and timely payment collections.
• Market Intelligence: Track raw material price fluctuations, competitor activities, and emerging polymer trends.
• Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of polymer grades, compounding, recycling processes, and injection/extrusion molding.
• Experience: 3 to 8 years of B2B industrial or polymer raw material sales experience.
• Education: Degree or Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Plastics Technology, or a general Business/Marketing degree.
