Sales Manager Position

We are looking for a motivated, experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team at PlayNation Florida.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proven salesperson who is not only comfortable helping customers who walk into our showroom, but is also motivated to actively seek out new customers and generate new business.

Position Details:

• Pay: $24–$26 per hour + Unlimited Commission
• Hours: Tuesday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Saturday availability is required
• Minimum 4 years of retail sales experience
• Experience in home goods, electronics, outdoor goods, sporting goods, or similar industries preferred
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds
• Must have a basic understanding of measuring and calculating projects for artificial turf, pavers, playgrounds, and other outdoor products
• Basic understanding of social media and online marketing
• Must be able to work independently and take initiative
• Must be a go-getter with strong communication and closing skills
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
