Salary : 15 - 20 LPA
Work Mode: 5 Days Working
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager / Sr. Sales Manager with strong expertise in Test & Measurement (T&M) solutions and a proven track record in B2B technical sales.
Key Requirements:
- 15+ years of B2B sales experience in Test & Measurement solutions
- 5+ years in a Sales Leadership role
- Experience with leading T&M brands such as Tektronix, Keysight, Chroma, R&S, Yokogawa or Hioki
- Strong knowledge of Oscilloscopes, Programmable Power Supplies, DMMs, Power Analyzers & Electronic Test Equipment
- Experience managing and mentoring 2–4 Sales Engineers
- Strong exposure to lead generation, account development, negotiations and deal closure
- Ability to conduct preliminary technical discussions with customers
- Experience in Automotive/EV, Aerospace, ISRO, Defence, Data Centres or Renewable Energy will be highly preferred
- Strong communication skills in English + local language(s)
- Willingness to travel as required
