We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to lead and develop our sales team.

If you have good sales experience, enjoy working with people, and are ready to take on a bigger leadership role, we would like to hear from you.

Your Role:

• Lead and support a team of 5–10 sales professionals

• Drive team performance and achieve sales targets

• Plan and execute effective sales strategies

• Coach and motivate team members

• Monitor sales activities, leads and conversion

• Support project launches, campaigns and roadshows

• Work closely with Marketing and Management to grow the business

Who We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in Sales, Property, Business Development or related fields

• Some experience in leading, coaching or managing a team is preferred

• Good communication and people skills

• Target-driven, proactive and willing to take ownership

• Interested in team building and leadership

• Property industry experience is an advantage

• Senior Sales Executives or Team Leaders who are ready to step up are encouraged to apply
