Report with Insight: Analyse team metrics and performance trends, delivering clear and actionable insights to senior leadership.

Set the Standard: Create a fast-paced, results-driven culture where hitting goals is the baseline and smashing them is the expectation.

What You Bring:

Minimum 4 years of telesales management experience

A proven track record of scaling sales performance and growing revenue

The ability to coach, inspire, and lead from the front

A natural rapport builder with a keen eye for performance gaps and improvements

Nice to Have:

Experience in direct telesales or sales call centre environments

Knowledge or passion for the property investment space

If you know how to build a winning team and thrive in a high-performance sales culture, this is your chance to make your mark at one of the fastest-growing investment companies in the UK.
