Sales Manager _Rooftop Solar

Job Title: Sales Manager Rooftop Solar | PM Surya Ghar

We are hiring Sales Managers across Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh for residential rooftop solar sales under PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and achieve monthly rooftop solar sales targets.
• Develop customers through local market visits, electricians, dealers and referrals.
• Explain solar system costs, subsidy benefits and financing options.
• Assist customers with bank loans and required documentation.
• Coordinate PM Surya Ghar portal applications.
• Coordinate site surveys and installation activities.
• Collect advance, balance and outstanding payments.
• Maintain customer relationships and submit regular sales reports.

Candidate Requirements:

• 1–5 years of field sales experience preferred.
• Solar, Banking, Finance, Insurance, FMCG or Real Estate sales experience preferred.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Knowledge of the local market.
• Two-wheeler and smartphone preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally and achieve sales targets.

Job Locations: Katni, Panna, Satna, Rewa, Damoh, Tikamgarh, Jabalpur, Sidhi, Singrauli, Mungeli, Kawardha, Raipur, Ambikapur, Korba and Pendra.

Compensation: Fixed Salary + Attractive Sales Incentives.
