About the Role

We are looking for an experienced sales professional to develop and expand our business across Slovakia. The ideal candidate has a strong background in technical B2B sales and is familiar with distributors, wholesalers, installers, contractors, designers, and construction companies operating within the HVAC, installation, or building materials sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop sales and distribution channels across Slovakia.
• Build long-term relationships with HVAC wholesalers, installation distributors, and construction partners.
• Acquire new customers among installers, contractors, engineering companies, designers, and developers.
• Conduct regular customer visits and business meetings throughout Slovakia.
• Prepare and negotiate commercial offers and contracts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
• Deliver sales targets and support further market expansion.

We Are Looking For

Must Have

• Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or account management.
• Experience selling technical products through distributors and wholesalers.
• Proven experience working with:
• HVAC products
• installation materials
• fastening systems
• pipe systems
• heating solutions
• technical building products
• Strong customer acquisition and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent Slovak and communicative English.
• Driving licence (Category B).
• Willingness to travel extensively across Slovakia.
