JOB LOCATION: Onsite / hybrid in Gulberg 3, Lahore

( Must have experience in Software sales of any stack)

We're looking for a real salesperson. Someone who can build a pipeline from zero, pick up the phone, start conversations, and close.At CodeBugs, we build AI automation, web, app, and Python solutions for businesses. We're also growing our own products, including Ringie.io, an AI receptionist that answers, qualifies, and books calls for small businesses in the US and Canada.

Job Description

• Find leads through outbound, networking, and any channel that works
• Enrich and qualify them so we focus on the right prospects
• Run discovery calls, pitch, negotiate, and close
• Sell both our services and our products (Ringie.io)
• Help build the sales engine of the company from the ground up

Requirements

• Proven experience in startups, ideally helping one grow from early stage
• Comfortable with outbound sales and a full sales cycle, start to finish
• Experience selling to US/international clients is a big plus
• Familiar with lead tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, HubSpot, etc.)
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and hungry to build something big

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs230,000.00 per month
