Sales Manager (Thin Film / CMP)

Our client is a MNC, one of the leading player in advanced materials for vacuum coating and surface engineering applications. Due to their ongoing expansion in the region, they are looking for a Sales Manager to strengthen their commercial presence and drive business growth. They are located in the (West) – easily accessible.

Preferred sales experience in Thin Film, HDD, CMP, MDS advanced coating.

Responsibilities of Sales Manager:

• Manage and expand business accounts within assigned territories across industrial and high-tech sectors
• Develop sales strategies to promote coating materials, targets, and related technical solutions
• Identify new market opportunities and establish relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners
• Prepare and deliver quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales agreements
• Collaborate with technical and operations teams to align product offerings with customer requirements
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to support business planning
• Track sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline updates through internal reporting systems
• Support after-sales follow-up, including order fulfilment coordination and issue resolution

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Business related disciplines
• Experience in B2B sales within industrial materials, semiconductor, or technical solutions environment
• Familiarity with vacuum coating materials, sputtering targets, or thin film processes
• Willing to travel overseas
