Job Description Sales Manager (Loan Against Property - LAP)

Role Summary

The Sales Manager LAP is responsible for driving sales of Loan Against Property products by acquiring new customers, managing channel partners, and achieving business targets while ensuring portfolio quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned LAP sales and disbursement targets.
• Source business through direct sales, DSAs, connectors, and referral channels.
• Develop and maintain strong customer and channel partner relationships.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to loan disbursement.
• Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams for timely processing.
• Ensure compliance with documentation, credit, and regulatory requirements.
• Track market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
• 4–7 years of experience in LAP, Mortgage, Home Loans, or Secured Lending sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
