Sales Manager/Director

We are hiring a Cambodia Sales Director to lead our condiment business expansion across Cambodia. This role owns the end-to-end regional sales strategy, distributor network development, and market penetration for our core products (soy sauce, oyster sauce, and seasoning portfolio).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Cambodia regional sales strategy, build and manage a nationwide distributor & secondary distribution network.
• Drive market expansion, channel sinking, and terminal coverage for core condiment products across provinces and rural markets.
• Formulate regional pricing architecture and channel incentive policies, ensure sustainable channel profit, and achieve annual sales KPIs.
• Monitor local & imported competitors (Leang Leng, Earth Mark, ChinSu, Lee Kum Kee, Ajinomoto, Knorr, etc.), conduct market analysis and deliver competitive strategies.
• Own sales data tracking, business review, budget planning, and regular management reporting.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience : 8+ years FMCG/condiment sales experience, minimum 3 years Cambodia local sales management experience .
• Local Resource (Must-have) : Proven mature Cambodia channel resources; solid relationships with Phnom Penh & provincial distributors, wholesalers, F&B chains and hotel B-end clients with immediate business accessibility .
• Background : Top-tier condiment industry background; priority for sales leaders from local Cambodian leading condiment brands, international seasoning MNCs, and top food importers.
• Language : English (working proficient); Khmer fluent (client facing & team management); basic Chinese acceptable (flexible).
