Qualification :

• Bachelor's degree in any field or above.

• More than 5-10 years of sales management experience.

• Experience in electromechanical, fire protection or security industry.

• Positive, proactive, and strong communication and coordination skills; through training, can answer customer questions on site.

• Business level of English-speaking skills, strong reading and writing skills.

• Have own car and driver license.

Job Description

• Responsible for formulating the department's annual sales plan and breaking it down into individual sales, supervising target progress, and adjusting sales strategies in a timely manner.

• Responsible for sales team management, completing recruitment, training, communication and KPI assessment, and creating an efficient sales team.

• Participate in sales-related process improvement projects, optimize sales tools, and enhance cross-departmental cooperation.

• Regularly analyze sales data, customer structure and industry profits; combine industry and competitor analysis to formulate company strategy and sales strategy that are in line with the company's actual situation.

• Regularly visit key account customers, participate in key project negotiations, identify potential project risks, and deal with channel conflicts.

• Assist sales in developing new markets, coordinate product and technical support team to provide complete solutions for new customers.

• Complete other related tasks assigned by the general manager.
