Sales Manager/Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and supervise the real estate sales team
• Set monthly and annual sales targets and ensure achievement
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans
• Train, mentor, and evaluate sales executives
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners
• Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns and site visits
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations
• Handle high-value clients and close key deals

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with leadership experience
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
