URGENT HIRING – SALES MARKETER HEAD

Location: Dugbe, Ibadan
Salary: ₦120,000 Monthly

Work Days: Monday – Saturday
Working Hours: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Summary:
A reputable restaurant and bakery company is looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Head/Marketer to lead sales activities and drive the growth and distribution of the company’s bakery products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales of bakery products.
• Identify and secure new customers, retailers, distributors and business clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Monitor daily sales performance and work towards achieving sales targets.
• Lead and coordinate the sales/marketing team.
• Identify new markets and business opportunities for bakery products.
• Promote products and increase brand visibility.
• Monitor competitors, pricing and market trends.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback to management.
• Ensure effective distribution and availability of products in target locations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, marketing or business development, preferably in the bakery or food industry.
• Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
• Must be proactive, hardworking and result-oriented.
• Experienced and ready-to-work candidates only.
• Must be willing to work Monday–Saturday.
