About the role

CV Indo Jaya Amanah is seeking candidates with sales, digital marketing, marketplace, and customer service capabilities to join the team. The role involves serving customers, providing product consultations, managing online sales channels, and ensuring product quality before market release.

Key responsibilities

• Serve walk-in customers and provide product consultations and recommendations based on customer needs
• Offer products and conduct follow-up with prospective customers
• Create product photos and videos for promotional purposes
• Manage promotional materials and product displays
• Assist in running promotional programs and ads
• Increase engagement and awareness to support sales
• Manage marketplace and online sales channels
• Upload and update products, prices, stock, specifications, and product photos
• Respond to customer inquiries through Shopee, Facebook, OLX, and WhatsApp quickly and professionally
• Perform Quality Control (QC) on laptops before marketing, including OS installation, application setup, software updates, and verification of product condition and completeness

About you

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent
• Experience in Sales, Marketing, E-Commerce, or Customer Service is a plus
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident and able to provide good customer service
• Understand marketplace and social media usage
• Able to create product photos/videos and perform basic editing
• Basic computer skills
• Detail-oriented, active, creative, responsive, disciplined, and responsible
• Sales target and achievement oriented
• Understanding of laptop/computer products is a plus
