Vacancy for Sales & Marketing Executive.

Rafidah & Co, an established accounting and corporate secretarial firm in the Klang Valley and a member of RnC Consulting Group, is looking for a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team.

We are seeking a talent who can take ownership of our social media presence, create engaging content, generate business leads, and contribute directly towards the company’s sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage engaging social media content across various platforms.

• Develop marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.

• Follow up with potential clients and convert opportunities into sales.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients from different industries.

• Collaborate with internal teams and communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization.

• Assist in marketing campaigns, events, and business development activities.

• Be prepared to travel when required for client meetings or company activities.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Creative mindset with the ability to produce attractive content.

• Basic skills in Canva, CapCut, or other content creation tools.

• Positive attitude, independent, proactive, and willing to take on challenges.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.

• Own transportation is an added advantage.

• Candidates with knowledge or experience in accounting firms, audit, company secretarial services, or tax-related fields will have an advantage.

• Fresh graduates with the right attitude and passion for sales and marketing are encouraged to apply.
