What you'll be doing

• Manage and respond to prospective client inquiries across multiple channels (WhatsApp, Email, Social Media) in a prompt and professional manner.
• Conduct consultation sessions (both in-person and online) to understand clients' wedding visions and present the most suitable service packages.
• Execute consistent negotiations and follow-ups to secure bookings and effectively convert inquiries into sales.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with Wedding Organizers (WOs), hotels, villas, and relevant vendors to expand the referral network.
• Design and implement social media promotional strategies (Instagram/TikTok/Ads) to target both domestic and international wedding markets.
• Prepare monthly sales reports and conduct competitor analysis to ensure package pricing remains competitive within the Bali market.

Requirements:

• Min 1 year of experience in wedding Sales & Marketing
• Excellent communication skills, negotiation, problem-solving, and presentation skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
