About the role

This role involves developing and executing targeted work plans to achieve sales and marketing targets, including outlet visit planning, promotions, and sales target achievement. The position requires building and maintaining strong, continuous relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through positive efforts and improved customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Create targeted work plans to achieve sales and marketing targets, including outlet visit planning, promotions, and sales target achievement
• Build and maintain strong, continuous relationships with customers
• Identify and acquire new customers while retaining existing ones
• Develop proposals and presentations for projects to be executed
• Identify market opportunities based on customer needs, competitor products, and promotional programs
• Make efforts to increase company revenue and customer service
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports along with work plans

About you

• Minimum D3 education
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, with sales background preferred, particularly in retail for beverages, food, and sanitary products
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel
• Understanding of trading terms and promotions
• Strong interpersonal communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently with high motivation
• Ability to work under pressure
• High integrity, diligent, quick, reliable, and responsible
