Sales Marketing Executive

Role Overview:
Responsible for driving business growth by identifying, prospecting, and expanding new client bases within the hospital and clinic sectors. This role focuses on proactively executing sales strategies—ranging from lead generation, product presentations, and contract negotiations to closing deals—to ensure the continuous achievement of company sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identifying and prospecting new customers in Hospitals & Clinics
• Conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations
• Negotiating contracts and terms, and closing sales deals
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients
• Meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service

Desirable for the role

• Bachelor degree in any field, preferably science-related (Health Analysis, etc.)
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in sales marketing field
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and objectives
• Strong negotiation, influence, and time management
• Willingness to travel as and when required
• General understanding of Medical, Laboratory services, or related field is a plus
• Able to join as soon as possible
