Sales Marketing Executive

• Coordinate with existing and prospective customers for enquiries, quotations, orders, and follow-ups.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, customer MIS, enquiry status, quotation status, order status, and follow-up trackers.
• Prepare quotations, commercial documents, presentations, and other sales-related documents.
• Handle regular communication with customers through email, phone calls, and other communication channels.
• Follow up with customers for new enquiries, quotations, purchase orders, payments, and pending requirements.
• Coordinate with Production, PPC, Quality, Stores & Dispatch, Accounts, and Development teams for timely customer requirements.
• Support the Sales Manager in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain updated customer databases, contact details, enquiry records, and sales pipelines.
• Assist in identifying potential customers and new business opportunities.
• Support preparation of customer presentations, company profiles, product information, and marketing material.
• Track competitor information, market requirements, and customer feedback.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely closure of sales-related activities.
• Perform other sales and marketing activities assigned by management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
