Sales Mentor

• Mentor and guide the admissions and sales team to improve individual and team performance.
• Train counsellors on effective student and parent communication techniques.
• Provide guidance on lead management, follow-ups, conversion, and closing techniques.
• Review the complete student admission journey and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct role-plays and mock counselling calls to improve team performance.
• Train team members on handling student and parent objections effectively.
• Guide counsellors on converting enquiries, calls, walk-ins, and digital leads into admissions.
• Review sales calls and counselling interactions and provide constructive feedback.
• Analyse lead-to-admission conversion rates, follow-up performance, and other relevant KPIs.
• Help the team develop effective follow-up strategies for prospective students.
• Provide guidance on target achievement, pipeline management, and daily sales planning.
• Share best practices in education sales, admissions counselling, and customer engagement.
• Conduct periodic training and mentoring sessions based on identified performance gaps.
• Work with management to develop strategies for improving admissions and revenue generation.
• Submit periodic observations, feedback, and recommendations to the management team.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding institutional information, student data, and business strategies.

Pay: ₹500.00 - ₹1,000.00 per hour
