Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain accurate and organized merchandise inventory records and track all stock movements.
2. Ensure merchandise availability to support sales activities, events, and campaigns.
3. Monitor and control merchandise receipt, issuance, and distribution.
4. Prepare stock reports to support management monitoring and decision-making.
5. Conduct periodic stock counts to verify that physical inventory matches recorded balances.

Authority

1. Control merchandise receipt, issuance, and distribution in accordance with established procedures.
2. Request proof of merchandise collection or handover.
3. Notify the Event Activation Admin of merchandise replenishment needs.
4. Withhold merchandise issuance when required data or supporting documents are incomplete.
5. Report stock discrepancies, damaged merchandise, or stock shortages to the direct supervisor.
