SALES MERCHANDISER

Job Descriptions:

• Build and maintain good relationship with store personnel under your care, and provide good service level for sales orders and promotion initiatives.
• Perform merchandising activities for both normal and promotional display shelves and ensure price tags are correct and updated
• Negotiate for supermarket space rentals and displays areas
• Execute in-store promotions/campaign/events as per company's plan
• Provide feedback on stock levels and store operational information
• Ensure stock availability, goods return (damaged/expired) and take orders
• Handle customer complaints and requests
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Relevant work experience in FMCG industry, familiar with Shop/Supermarket
• A team player, able to work in group or alone
• Able to communication in English, Mandarin and Dialect speaking customers/associates
• Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skill
