Sales Merchandiser

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Sales Merchandiser / Promoter to support our retail presence across Singapore. This hybrid role combines in‑store promotion, product demonstration, and regular merchandising visits to ensure strong visibility, healthy stock levels, and consistent sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

Merchandiser Responsibilities

• Make periodical visits to assigned outlets to check stock levels and ensure proper display.
• Plan and execute stock replenishment, including liaising with store staff for smooth operations.
• Build strong rapport with outlet personnel to support brand visibility and priority placement.
• Ensure shelves, planograms, and POS materials are neat, updated, and compliant.
• Report stock issues, competitor activity, and store feedback promptly.

Promoter Responsibilities

• Stationed at customers’ retail outlets across Singapore to promote and sell our range of products.
• Conduct live demonstrations and engage parents, children, and shoppers confidently.
• Drive sell‑through by explaining product features clearly and persuasively.
• Participate in all company roadshows, pop‑ups, and weekend activations.
• Work weekends (Sat–Sun) as part of core promoter duties.

Work Schedule

• 6‑day work week
• Weekday off (rotational or fixed depending on deployment)
• Must be comfortable with retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Requirements

• Passion for sales, customer engagement, and product demonstration.
• Able to work independently while being a strong team player.
• Good communication skills and a friendly, confident personality.
• Able to handle stock checks and light replenishment tasks.
• Prior experience in retail, merchandising, or consumer electronics is an advantage.

Remuneration

• Salary will commensurate with experience.
• Additional incentives may apply for sales performance, roadshows, and special activations.
