Sales merchant (atau sering dikaitkan dengan merchant acquisition / sales layanan pembayaran dan e-commerce) bertanggung jawab sebagai penghubung antara perusahaan/platform dengan para pemilik usaha (merchant atau UMKM).

- Akuisisi dan Perekrutan Mitra Baru
- Edukasi dan Pendampingan Merchant
- Menjaga Hubungan Baik (Relationship Management)
- Pencapaian Target Penjualan
- Penanganan Kelola Masalah dan Komplain
- Pelaporan dan Analisis Pasar
- Penempatan kerja di area : Kolaka, Bombana, Bolaang Mongondow, Wajo, Parigi, Wakatobi, Minahasa, Manado, Gorontalo, Puwohat, Takalar, Bone, Bantaeng, Bulukamba, Enrekang, Pangkep, Maros, Luwu dan Pinrang.
