sales mobilizer

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Sales Mobilizer to join our Cement Company.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: 10+2, Graduate, or Diploma (preferred).
• Experience: 1–3 years in field sales, preferably in Cement, TMT Steel, Building Materials, or Construction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships with dealers, retailers, contractors, masons, and builders.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Basic knowledge of the local construction market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote the company's cement products in the assigned territory.
• Generate new business opportunities through field visits and customer engagement.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealers, retailers, contractors, masons, and individual house builders.
• Conduct mason meets, contractor meets, and promotional activities to increase brand awareness.
• Identify and appoint new dealers and retail outlets to expand market coverage.
• Collect market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
• Ensure product visibility and branding at dealer outlets.
• Submit daily field visit reports and maintain accurate sales records.
• Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage field activities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and mobile reporting applications.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
