We are a small, independent estate agency looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Negotiator to join our friendly team.

This is a varied, hands-on role where you will play an important part in helping our clients successfully sell their properties. We are looking for someone who is confident dealing with people, has excellent communication skills and enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

The Role

As a Sales Negotiator, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting property viewings and providing prospective buyers with a welcoming and professional experience.
• Handling enquiries from potential buyers and vendors, both in person and over the phone.
• Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful sales.
• Managing and following up on offers and progressing sales through to completion.
• Building strong relationships with clients and providing regular updates throughout the sales process.
• Generating and following up on new sales leads and enquiries.
• Arranging and coordinating property viewings.
• Providing feedback to vendors following viewings.
• Keeping up to date with the local property market.
• Working closely with the wider team to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.
• Maintaining a high standard of customer service and representing the company professionally at all times.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• A strong communicator with good negotiation skills.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive, motivated and driven to achieve results.
• Comfortable speaking with clients and negotiating confidently.
• Professional, reliable and well presented.
• Ideally experienced within estate agency or property sales.

Pay: From £28,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Cardiff CF24 4HT: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving License (preferred)
