Hello and welcome to WayPoint, 

We are EXPANDING!

That is right, The success we have had in Christchurch over 2024 & 2025 has increased the demand for our service in 2026. 
Meaning we are starting our second location in Auckland.

We will be expanding September this year,
HOWEVER,
This means we need to find great new people to top up our head count here in Christchurch.

Before you keep reading we ARE NOT a call center.
We are placing an ad here because we do FACE to FACE sales and we figured if you can call people day in and out, Knocking a door, waving at an expo or walking into a business is right up your isle.

It's the same same, but here you'll get to pat their dogs.

Here is a bit about who we are:

We are offline marketing who have been representing some of New Zealand's most important charities for over 5 years now and have use our sales skills to benefit our countries beautiful Heartsand families with Intellectual disabilities plus representing a third client HelloFresh.

With clients as premium as this, we have decided not to recruit people purely on sales experience… What we are looking for is 3 - 5 people with great personality and work ethic.
Because lets face it…. With the right mindset, skills are easy to learn. 

So, we are looking for people with an entrepreneur flair.

This means if you are paid for your results not for your time.
If you are sick and tired of out preforming people you work with, but you get paid the same (Or worse, less) because they are older than you or have just worked there longer than you, then this could be right for you.
