What they need
Cover Retail Outlet of his respective Cluster.
Responsible for New Outlet Addition to DVL.
Responsible for New Product Launch.
Manage and Appoint a New Distributor in his assigned Cluster.
To visit the chemist and General Outlets regularly to promote company products and generate business on Joint work.
Achieve given monthly sales target (Primary) and increase sales growth.
Submitting daily report, adhering daily work plan along with other monthly/weekly submission as desired by the company.
Monitoring competitor activity and competitor s products.
Developing strategy for increasing opportunities developing team to drive daily POB target.
Team Handling, Maintenance of stockiest accounts.
A good Team Leader having extraordinary Leadership Skills
