Key Responsibilities
- Sell pre-owned smartphones, tablets, and gadgets.
- Assist customers and provide excellent service.
- Support trade-in and buyback evaluations.
- Handle customer inquiries and escalations.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in gadgets, electronics, telco, or retail.
- Strong knowledge of smartphones and consumer electronics.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Responsible, trustworthy, and sales-oriented.
