Sales Officer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or any related field.

• At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial, construction, hardware, building materials, or related industries.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Willing to travel and conduct fieldwork as required.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the attainment of the department's overall sales objectives.

• Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories, industries, or customer segments.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding customer requirements and providing appropriate product and service solutions.

• Conduct client visits, presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to effectively promote company products and services.

• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents in a timely and professional manner.

• Monitor sales activities, customer inquiries, and project opportunities to ensure successful conversion into sales.

• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates to management.

• Coordinate with the Marketing and other support departments regarding promotional activities, product updates, customer requirements, and lead generation initiatives.

• Ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns, issues, and after-sales service requirements to maintain customer satisfaction and retention.

• Maintain accurate customer records, sales pipelines, and account information.

• Perform other tasks and responsibilities that may be assigned by management from time to time in support of the company's business objectives.
