Sales Officer

Job Responsibilities

• Sales Execution: Drive product promotion and retail execution across overseas target markets, ensuring full conversion from sell‑in to sell‑through and sell‑out. Enhance product distribution, retail sell‑out, and brand visibility internationally.
• Client Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with overseas clients and key channels, support marketing activations, and assist in achieving regional and international sales goals.
• Brand Promotion: Manage brand image at overseas retail terminals and execute marketing campaigns. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to plan and deliver campaigns, evaluate effectiveness, and improve brand awareness and ROI.
• Market Insights: Conduct overseas market research and competitor analysis, providing accurate and valuable insights to support product optimization, planning, and global business decisions.
• Project Management: Oversee overseas marketing projects and budget control, ensuring plans, resource allocation, and execution progress align with business objectives.
• Consumer Insight: Translate international consumer purchase behavior and usage scenarios into actionable regional and overseas marketing strategies to drive business targets.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, International Trade, Advertising & Communications, or related disciplines.
• Background in FMCG or consumer electronics industries preferred, with proven ability to manage retail execution and channel operations.
• Strong execution, self‑motivation, logical thinking, and resilience under pressure; excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Sharp consumer and client insight; able to translate purchase behavior and usage scenarios into actionable strategies.
• Willingness to travel overseas as required.
• Fresh graduates will be considered.
