What they need
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, including contractors, developers, architects, and retailers.
- Prior experience in the ceramics or construction materials industry is required.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, new opportunities, and industry trends.
- Promote and sell Mariwasa products by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions with much focus on the new growth products (Laminated vinyl Tiles and floorings).
- Provide excellent customer service, including after-sales support and addressing inquiries or complaints promptly.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing regular reports and recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and adhere to company credit policies.
- Amenable to work in South Luzon and NCR
- Knows how to drive and with driver's license suitable for 4 wheeled vehicles.
- College graduate required.
